Do I need to supply laundry bags?
Any large bag, hamper, or laundry basket works fine, just have it ready on your porch or designated pickup spot. Make sure pockets are empty and separate any dry-cleaning or ironing items so we can handle them correctly.
How long does the turnaround take?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from pickup to delivery. We'll confirm your delivery window when we pick up. You'll receive SMS updates for pickup confirmation and delivery status.
Is my laundry washed with other people's clothes?
Never. Your laundry is always washed in its own dedicated load, completely separate from any other household. This is a core part of the MW standard and applies to every single order.
What detergent do you use? Is it safe for babies?
Yes, we include Tide Free & Gentle (hypoallergenic, dye-free, perfume-free) at no extra cost for every load. If you prefer Tide Original with Downy fabric softener, just select that option in the pickup form or let us know when we confirm your order.
How do I pay?
